Born in Lebanon, she joined France where she did all her schooling and finished with studies in econometrics.

She began her career in 1997 as a marketing researcher at the Comareg (Havas Media), then joined the agency MRM (Mac Cann) in 2001 where she supports clients such as Nespresso, L'Oréal Paris, GM France, ... about their relational strategy.

In 2007, she took charge of marketing, communication and customer service for SNCF's S'Miles loyalty programs within the dedicated CRM Services subsidiary.

In 2010, she joined Samsung to develop the digital brand presence and support the launch of all products. She is in charge with her team of digital marketing, ecommerce, CRM and since 2015 of the DMP.
