What is the concept behind the One to One Customer Experience event?
Every year, One to One Customer Experience (formerly One to One Digital Marketing) brings together digital marketing and customer experience decision-makers and their solution providers in Biarritz for 3 days of pre-planned, tailor-made business meetings, conferences and qualified networking opportunities.

How do I take part in One to One Customer Experience?
Each participant must complete an application form directly on the website. To ensure the quality of the event, each application is subject to :
- for partners: approval by the editorial committee, which ensures that the offer is relevant to the needs and challenges of the market.
- For guests: validation of their investment projects by the Guest Expérience team.
This 100% business event is only open to industry professionals with an invitation. We reserve the right to invalidate an application if the profile and/or the investment project do not meet market expectations.
What are the main stages of participation?
For guests :
> I fill in my investment needs and plans when I register.
> Once my application has been validated, I access the One to One platform and complete my profile.
> I accept/send requests for meetings to the partners who meet my needs.
> I meet them for a 30-minute meeting in Biarritz in October!
For partners :
> I fill in the application form
> After reviewing my application and validating your quote, I access the One to One platform and complete my company profile.
> Once the platform is accessible, the sales team present at the event accepts/sends meeting requests to the guests they wish to meet.
> Your on-site team meets them for a 30-minute meeting in October in Biarritz!

What is a One to One meeting?
One to One meetings are highly-qualified 30-minute meetings between guests and partner-exhibitors. These meetings are pre-programmed before the event in the participants' personal spaces, according to their needs and projects, using a matchmaking platform. Each participant therefore arrives at the event with a schedule of personal meetings already drawn up.
Can I recommend a colleague or counterpart in my professional network?
Yes, you can recommend a member of your network. To do so, you can invite them to fill in a participation request directly via the dedicated form or send us their contact details. We will contact them as soon as possible.
The information provided will be processed automatically in compliance with the RGPD.
Accommodation & Transport
In which hotel will I be staying? When will I be informed of the hotel where I will be staying?
You will receive your accommodation information by email 48 to 72 hours before the day of the event. If you do not receive this information, please contact us as soon as possible.
Are there shuttle buses to/from the station and airport? From my hotel to the venue?
Free shuttle buses will run between the station, the airportand the centre of Biarritz on the first and last day of the event. During the 3 days of the event, free shuttles are organised between the hotels, evening events and the Bellevue.
Please note: several hotels are within easy walking distance of the Bellevue, the Casino and the evening events.
Do I have to buy my train/plane tickets?
From 2023, there will be a special train between Paris and Biarritz to take you to the event (departure on the morning of 3 October, return on 5 October in the late afternoon).

Workshops, keynotes and conferences
How can I take part in a plenary session or workshop?
Access to the plenary sessions is free on presentation of the RFID wristband to the hostesses at the entrance to the rooms.
Access to workshops is by registration in advance of the event from the personal area, for invited guests only. Please note! The number of places available is limited.
All the workshops I want to attend are fully booked. How can I get there?
We advise you to arrive at the workshop venue a few minutes before the start of the workshop. If places are available, you will be allowed access.
Will the conferences and keynotes be available for replay?
Yes, the lectures and keynotes will be available for replay on our Youtube channel and on the website, with some exceptions.
How can I become a speaker or submit a topic?
You can submit your speakers and/or topics to [email protected], mentioning your expertise and added value.
How are the lunches organised?
The lunches will be held in various partner restaurants in Biarritz. As with your accommodation, you will be notified of your lunch venues 48 to 72 hours before the event.
I have dietary restrictions. Who should I contact?
You can submit your dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.) directly in your personal space, in the MY TRAVEL INFO section.
Do I have to register for activities to take part?
No. Each of the activities on offer has a limited number of places available and requires prior registration in your personal area, under the heading "Activities". You will be notified by email when registration opens.
My personal space / My mobile application
How do I connect to my personal space?
You can access your personal space from the "Log in" button on the home page of the website, using the email address you gave when you registered.
I've lost the access codes for my personal space. What should I do?
In your guest area, click on "forgot password" in the login box and follow the instructions.
Where can I find my login details for the mobile application?
Your login details for the mobile application are identical to those used for your personal space.
Who can I chat with during the event?
Participants can chat via the mobile app. It enables you to communicate with all the participants present at the One to One Customer Experience event.
What do I need to enter the event?
To gain access to the event, you will be asked for a valid form of ID (ID card or passport only) and the email confirming your attendance (available on the mobile app) when you arrive at the hotel and the Bellevue. Your access badge will be given to you on arrival at the event reception desk.
Is the event accessible to people with reduced mobility?
The Bellevue and the Casino comply with European standards in terms of accessibility for people with reduced mobility.
Is a concierge service available on site?
A concierge service is available during the 3 days of the event for all your requests for information, taxi bookings, etc.
