Olivier obtained an engineering degree from ENSI in Besançon, completing his 3rd year at Clemson University, South Carolina, USA. Curriculum completed by an Executive Master in Marketing & Commercial Strategy at HEC Paris in 2014.
He worked in cash management and trade for 17 years, first in the field of project management relating to the construction of European means of payment then in Marketing. In 2009 he steered Natixis Global Transaction Banking's innovation approach and created the Cash Management Lab, a technological innovation unit.
In 2014 he joined the Insurance division of Natixis to drive the company's digital transformation and the innovation process.
He regularly participates in professional events on digital, big data and innovation. After having co-authored a white paper entitled “How to innovate in times of crisis?
