Steps of your participation:

  • I register for the event and fill in the information regarding my needs and investment projects
  • Once my registration is approved, I complete the information in my profile
  • I accept /send meetings requests to partners (exhibitors) of my interests
  • I meet with them, for 30 minutes of one to  one meetings, from 3 to 5 October in Biarritz!

The invitation includes :

  • Full access to the event, plenary lectures, one-to-one meetings and expert workshops,
  • Accommodation in Biarritz for two nights: on 3 and 4 October 2023
  • The transport
  • Shuttle to from Biarritz airport/train station transfers: A shuttle service is provided by the organizer between Biarritz airport/train station and the city center.
  • All meals including breakfasts
  • The networking evenings on 3 and 4 October 2023

*Travel refund (train or flight tickets receipt) available after the event, up to a maximum of €235 (inc. VAT) return per guest, subject to the Guest's actual presence at the event and compliance with the Participation Commitments set out on the following article.
